Lawson Appraisal Company, LLC is a residential real estate appraisal firm serving northern Utah. With decades of experience, we provide reliable, market-supported valuations for lenders, attorneys, and private clients. Appraisal services rendered include lending, divorce, estate, listing, tax appeals, retrospective, and relocation appraisals, as well as property measurements. We are designated members of the Appraisal Institute and are FHA and VA certified. We are confident we can meet your valuation needs.

Gentry Lawson, SRA
Gentry began his appraisal career in 2006, shortly after earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Weber State University. He started in an entry-level role and developed his expertise from the ground up. While apprenticing, he went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from Weber State University.
Gentry is a certified appraiser and a designated (SRA) member of the Appraisal Institute. Prior to entering the appraisal profession, he worked as a licensed title searcher—experience that has proven invaluable in his current work.
He understands the importance of strong business relationships and is committed to delivering timely, accurate appraisals. In his spare time, Gentry enjoys spending time with his family, staying active outdoors, and traveling.
